Created for my mother, this was my first commissioned piece and first angel. Texture was built up using spackle on wood, then painted with acrylic, oil, and gold wax.

Angels continued

I continued to create angels after a very encouraging response on social media. I experimented with various sizes and color combinations. The process to create angels has been both an frustrating and inspiring process. Learning their characteristics as the emerge, I am simply helping them come life. I hope you love them as much as I do.
